Journalist | Editor-in-Chief | Youth Leadership & Project Management Professional

Pako Dyson Ramasukujane is a Botswana-based journalist, media professional and project management practitioner whose work brings together journalism, youth leadership, organisational strategy and community development.

He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of Paragon International News, where he leads the publication’s editorial direction and newsroom operations. Through Paragon International News, Ramasukujane has been involved in developing a media platform with an international outlook, covering stories and issues of relevance across Africa and beyond.

Alongside his work in journalism, Ramasukujane currently serves as Head of Secretariat at Araising Stars Botswana, contributing to the organisation’s coordination, administration and strategic activities. His role involves supporting organisational operations and helping translate programmes and initiatives into coordinated action.

Ramasukujane also serves as Project Manager for the Youth Empowerment and Innovation Summit (YEIS) 2027, where he is involved in the planning and coordination of the summit and its related youth-focused initiatives. The role places him at the intersection of project management, youth empowerment, innovation and leadership development.

His professional interests extend across media, project management, leadership, youth development, communications and organisational strategy. His experience in journalism has given him a strong interest in using media to inform communities and create platforms through which young people and emerging leaders can have their voices heard.

As a journalist and editor, Ramasukujane has developed experience in news reporting, editorial coordination and digital media. His work also reflects an interest in the changing relationship between technology and journalism, particularly the opportunities presented by digital platforms and emerging technologies.

His involvement in youth-focused organisations and projects complements his media career, allowing him to work across both communication and programme coordination.
